To figure out your daily calorie requirements, multiply your weight by thirteen to fifteen depending on your activity level. If you're trying to lose weight, subtract five hundred calories from that total. If you're trying to maintain your weight, however, that's the amount of calories you should eat per day, spread out in several meals, and that's how diet food nutrition is accomplished successfully. |
