In many cases, the higher level of cholesterol is that of the triglycerides, which is bad cholesterol. Having high levels of good cholesterol can help to lower bad cholesterol levels and maintain proper balance. The diet to lower cholesterol may take a few weeks before you see the desired results. Desired results are lighter weight and lower cholesterol levels. Although, being the right weigh does not necessarily mean that you have lower levels of cholesterol, this applies for most cases. |
