In fact, if you wear clothes that are too tight fitting, these too can lead to development of heartburn since the pressure on your stomach would increase and thus lead to acid reflux. The best course of action once you have become aware about different foods that cause heartburn as well as beverages that cause heartburn is to ensure that you eat tiny sized meals and also wear clothes that fit loosely, and in addition, also refrain from smoking and consuming alcohol. Stress too can contribute to heartburn and thus you will need to learn how to relax in order to avoid experiencing heartburn as a result of your high pace lifestyle. Thus, not all of the causes of heartburn are related to the foods that cause heartburn and it in fact, means that you need to get your heartburn condition diagnosed by a physician so that your are sure of what is causing the problem and then can take appropriate remedial measures to get much needed relief. |
