Of course, the healthiest stress management games are the ones where you exercise, and not just because they tone your muscles and help you lose those extra pounds (though you'll also appreciate those benefits when you're done). Playing tennis, swimming, and golfing can all help you deal with stress, and you'll also have fun doing them. However, exercises like weight lifting and running aren't necessarily great stress management games because they place a lot of strain on your body, which can translate into stress. At the very least, you won't find their benefits to be nearly as helpful as with more casual exercise games, but they're still very helpful to keep you healthy.
