Also, if you have an anger related problem, you may simply believe that others have caused you to become upset, which however begs the question as to just how do external events cause an internal reaction because, there are some people that can still remain very calm even when circumstances and events are the worst possible that you can imagine. Thus, what causes seeking out anger management could be due to a number of different reasons including a person's way of thinking, physiological causes such as extreme tension, agitation and even ill-humor and there are also behavioral deficits including being unassertive and not being able to solve problems properly.
