What Would Describe The Worst Panic Attack?

A panic attack is a sudden reaction of your nervous system to what it considers a threat to the body. They come on out of nowhere usually and have a variety of symptoms that can range from shortness of breath and chest pain to nausea. Because many of the symptoms of a panic attack can feel to the first time victim like the symptoms of heart attacks that they may have heard of many victims will incorrectly think that they are having a heart attack when they get their first panic attack.

A panic attack can be frightening and painful and can last up to 15 or 20 minutes in some cases. The worst panic attack is the one you do not see coming and the one that lasts for what seems to be an extended period of time. In many cases people will call emergency services for the worst panic attack because they are not sure exactly what is going on. The worst panic attack has been described by many people as the most terrifying experience they have ever had and when you take a look at the detailed list of symptoms it is very easy to see why the worst panic attack is both painful and very frightening.

Some of the symptoms of the worst panic attack can be sweating, nausea, and dizziness and these symptoms by themselves do not really cause people too much discomfort and are sometimes mistaken as symptoms of a flu. The situation begins to escalate into the worst panic attack when symptoms like trembling, heart palpitations, and chest pain begin to show up. At that point people begin to realize that something a little more substantial is going on and that is when the worst panic attack can really start to take shape. If the victim has never had a panic attack before then they have no idea what is going on and speculation will go from the flu at that point to the fear that a heart attack may be coming on.

Then It Can Escalate Even More

At that point the worst panic attack is not over as many more symptoms can show up and some of them are extremely uncomfortable. The victim could get light headed and have a distinct feeling of vertigo as they try and move or even when they just stand. Then a choking sensation may overcome them and the worst panic attack is now really under way. As you can see all of these symptoms can add up to an extremely terrifying experience and can leave the first time victim confused and scrambling for answers.

People that have experienced panic attacks, or get them fairly frequently, do not necessarily handle them any better, they just know what is going on and know how to react. But whether you have experience with them or not the worst panic attack can be one of the more frightening experiences of your life.
